Registration & Payment

  • How to Register: Register for camp by completing the online form and paying in full. Your spot is confirmed when payment is received.

  • Camp Fees: The cost for a 5-day camp session is $750 per camper.

  • Discounts:

    • $100 off for signing up for multiple sessions.

    • $75 off per additional camper from the same household.

Camp Hours & Location

  • Camp Hours: Camp runs from 9:00 AM to 4:30-5:00 PM each day.

  • Drop-off and Pick-up: Please ensure timely drop-off between 8:45 AM and 9:00 AM and pick-up between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds: Full refunds are available up to 30 days before camp begins. After that, no refunds will be issued.

  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 30 days in advance to receive a refund. Cancellations made after this time are non-refundable.

Camp Attendance

  • Attendance: Please notify us if your child will be absent on any camp days.

  • Late Arrivals/Early Departures: If your child will be late or need to leave early, please notify us in advance.

Behavior Expectations

  • Positive Behavior: We encourage campers to work together, follow safety rules, and participate with a positive attitude.

  • Disruptive Behavior: If a camper engages in behavior that disrupts the camp or puts others at risk, they may be asked to leave for the remainder of the day or the camp session.

Safety & Supervision

  • Camper-to-Staff Ratio: We maintain a 6-7 campers per staff member ratio to ensure each child receives the attention and guidance they need.

  • Staff Training: All camp staff are background checked and trained in safety procedures, including first aid and emergency response.

  • Power Tool Safety: Campers will be taught how to safely use power tools and will only use them under staff supervision.

What to Bring

  • Lunch: Campers should bring a packed lunch, snacks, and a water bottle each day.

  • Attire: Campers should wear close-toed shoes (no sandals) and appropriate clothing for working with tools. Bring sunscreen and a hat to protect against the sun.

End-of-Camp Event

  • Family & Friends Day: On the last day of camp, we invite family and friends to join us for a celebratory event where campers will showcase their creations. It’s a great opportunity to see the hard work and creativity of your young maker!

  • Accessibility: Colorado Tinkering School is committed to making camp accessible for all. Please let us know if your camper has special needs or requires accommodations so we can make necessary arrangements.
