Session I: Build Your Own Mini Boat
June 2nd-6th from 10am-3pm; For Ages 6-9
Looking for a fun and creative project for your young maker? In this session, younger campers will design and build their very own mini boats! Using real wood and tools, they’ll craft small, moveable boats that can be tested in the creek. Campers will learn the basics of woodworking while developing creativity, problem-solving skills, and a sense of accomplishment as they construct and personalize their boat. By the end of the week, campers will take home a one-of-a-kind mini boat they built from scratch!
Each session focuses on building, creating, and exploring in a fun, safe, and supportive environment where kids and teens can unleash their creativity and learn valuable hands-on skills. Whether your child is designing a boat, building a fort, or crafting a skateboard, they’ll leave with a completed creation they’ll be proud of and a new appreciation for the world of making.
